ATALIAN’s training policy is embedded in the company’s social model: helping staff to grow along with the development of the Group. The ability to train staff adequately is a first step towards well-being at work. Training is essential to all our service lines and is accessible to all staff in the company, from agents to managers.

ATALIAN has an active recruitment policy for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts. The aim of apprenticeship contracts is to enable young people to gain valuable professional experience, whilst studying towards a degree. Professionalization contracts aim to promote the recruitment of isolated people by allowing them to gain professional skills and help them access or re-access employment in the future.

In view of ATALIAN’s international development, ATALIAN offers a number of professional opportunities abroad, for support functions but also for operational roles relating to our service lines (Facility Management, Cleaning, Security, Technical maintenance and Energy Management).
