Focus on two extraordinary destinies, Peace Gretta, 34 years old, from Haiti and Kokovi-Chantal, 47 years old, from Togo. Both arrived in France few years ago with unrecognized higher education diplomas, forcing them to start building all over again. They did not hesitate to combine with brio multiple roles as: employees, single mothers, students in professional reconversion while being in a handicap situation.
With emotion they experienced, on their first day of work, the solicitude of their supervisors and the mobilization of a psychologist who came to ensure that their working conditions were adapted to their disability. Same feedback from both: ATALIAN’s disability unit played a central role in their professional integration and they wish to convey the message that ATALIAN gives people with disabilities the opportunity to integrate professionally!
