March 2020, COVID is growing and has already crossed many borders. Concern is palpable everywhere, especially in companies. At the instigation of the General Management, the ATALIAN Offer Department has set up a dedicated working group, bringing together the commercial and operational departments, and of course the QHSE departments and health experts. ATALIAN wishes to be proactive and support its customers. To do this, it is necessary to create disinfection protocols, product and equipment references, and an effective commercial offer without superfluous jargon in these times of emergency. In March and despite the confinement, the Group’s first “COVID-19” Offer was born.
Anticipating the return to activity
The working group is already anticipating the return to activity of the closed sites. In order to accompany its customers with complete peace of mind during this delicate phase, a “Ramp Up” offer was launched at the beginning of May. It includes new protocols and tools, training materials for its agents, and FAQs for its customers… Moreover, ATALIAN supports them right up to the updating of their specifications, as experts in controlled hygiene.
Living with COVID
The holidays are coming, COVID is still here. ATALIAN continues to adapt, to current events and to the needs of its customers. A third offer is launched at the end of July, the “Resurgence” Offer. It replaces the Ramp Up Offer. From now on, we are less in an emergency but vigilance is still required. These new measures enhance the waste management offer. The Innovation Department assists the Offer Department in implementing appropriate solutions, and the toolbox is complete… and well supplied!
Despite this unprecedented health crisis, ATALIAN, an international Group, has remained agile and constantly attentive to the marketplace. These innovative offers, deployed internationally, prove this even more. The working group continues to be on the warpath, proactive, and will know how to adapt again and again.
